Default next week project. how to reduce noise?

so it’s been a while since I’ve been thinking about how noisy my car isinside,
i have decided that ican notdeal with it anymore!
Now the question is how to reduce theinterior noise and what to do with all this plastic covers?
the only one thing that i can think about right now is to go and buy some kind of foam and stick it in betweenthe door and a plastic covers!
allideas would be definitely appreciated!

this is my "Twanda"! lol

Replacing the engine & tranny mounts may reduce noise. The plastic tabs on the dash is known to break away. As for ABS-plastic trim pieces I would believe you can dampen the noise by the method you're thinking of. Is the exhaust pipe intact?

See what other members have to say, they may have better ideas.

interior noise NOT related to rattling(two parts hitting each other) use Second Skin damping material on all interior metal parts. This requires taking your seats, center console and door panels off. apply vigorously and put back together...

I can't really give that many good ideas because I would take everything apart and fix it pretty much properly.

Have fixed many customers dashes while I had it out doing the Evaperator.
