puzzling is the numbers inside my computer box. Doesnt look like the 4.3 motronic. The prev owner had aftermarket fogs, paint on the the plastic trim, best stock bulbs, so what ECU is in there? the phenix, but that wouldn't make sense it's automatic, turbo, and 20 valve????

 

Ok, back up... how do you find out what ECU you SHOULD have in your car?

 

You can do a google search to find out which on is the correct ECU for your car. Can't remember off the top of my head.

I do have one question though, is the car not running correctly with the current ECU?
