I replaced both sway bar end links and it never went away so I brought the damn thing to a Volvo dealership to diagnose it. they say its the end links? I told them they were both replaced by myself and he said the mech checked it out and the sway moves freely with his hand and rattles around. Were they just bad replacements? Did I do something wrong? Seemed pretty straight forward. He says the spring seat in the front is fine..... Any ideas? It is driving me nuts combined with the spongy squealy brakes! Please help

 

It happens when I go over bumps and dips on the road. Very frustrating. Anyone have any ideas?

 

Normally, when this happens, it is a tell tale sign of bad sway-bar end links.
