95 850 all lights work but headlights and blinkers, fuse under hood good HELP newbie

Tech is far superior in diagnosing these things than I, but when my 850 did what your talking about, I pulled the key back about a centimeter after starting the car, it seems the spring in my ignition switch isn't as strong as it should be, and doesn't pull the key back far enough to be in the III position, queuing the headlights and blinkers to work (also my instrument panel lights wont come on without pulling the key back).

You should be able to swap it out your self.
There is 4 screws holding the covers around the steering wheel. 2 torxes 25 and 2 torxes 15 screws. After the covers are off you should see the electrical part of the switch on the back side of the lock assembly. There should be 2 screws holding it in after you remove the plug. Then you can install the new one.
