I'm trying to adjust my headlights. The vertical adjuster for the passenger side doesn't do anything except turn. Before I remove the headlight (it's raining now...) is there a way to remove the adjuster or something to see if the gears aren't contacting? Orrrr...am I stuck replacing the headlight assembly?

 

Remove the Glass off the front of the Headlight and inspect.
