Welcome to the forum.
First, do you have a check engine light? Pull codes and post 'em if you do.
There's a lot of things that could cause your problem so you'll have to do a little digging. First and foremost is to review repairs for Stage 0 (http://www.matthewsvolvosite.com/what-is-stage-0.html) and see what is out of whack.
Keep us posted on what you find.

With so many things that can fail, it's best to test stuff instead of blindly replacing parts - it can add up quickly! I've not had to replace mine yet. IIRC, the relay is under the fuses. Not sure which one but I'm sure it's posted somewhere around here
You can ignore the service light. That only helps the dealerships charge you for scheduled maintenance - which you want to be doing on your own, given the age of the car! I pulled the bulb so I never see it again. I believe on the '95's there's a way to reset it if you don't want to pull the bulb - again, I'm sure the directions are somewhere around here...

Again I concur with vjaneczko; not suggesting you throw parts at any problem w/o diagnosis.
Just saying the symptoms line up with fuel pump relay known failure modes. Your problem may not even be fuel pressure related, but again based on your symptoms, I would start looking there first and try to eliminate it as a possibility.
I've posted many times on how to diagnose fuel pump relay and fuel pump problems on these cars as both are common failure points once they get over the 120K mls point and beyond. Here are some links you should find helpful:

and here's Ozark Lee's famous post on how to repair the relay (if you're a real DIYer); main reason I am posting this link for you is it has good pic of fuel pump relay location at top of post:
