95 volvo 850 turbo no spark

have a 95 850 turbo no spark put new camshaft in and at connector on harness side only have 2.4v at pin #1 yel/red and 0.5v at pin #2 blu/yel and ground is good, i back probed from ecu and same voltage readings. i have swapped ecu with 2 known good ones. i am lost any help would be great and also no resistance in harness.

I'm like a broken record, but the first thing to check in this situation is the main fuel injection relay. If it comes unplugged, and it does, the OBD port drops to low voltage somehow and you'll lose spark. A dim LED on the OBDI thing is a really good indicator of this situation. The main fuel injection relay powers a couple pins on the ECU and I guess that is what causes this stuff. On a 95, this relay is on top of the radiator and the plug they used is the sort that rots internally. It may look fine but be unplugged inside the plug where you can't see it.
