Default Auto transmission oil line stuck in radiator

I'm replacing my radiator and I've gotten everything disconnected except the upper oil line for the transmission, I got the bottom one off with no issues but no matter how hard I try I can't get the upper one out, any suggestions on how to get it out?

Here's what im dealing with.

That looks just a little rusty! Can you get the other end off where it goes into the transmission? and replace the line also? 9180542 or 9142789 depending on the year.

You will need to replace that line. I would just cut it off since you are replacing the radiator.

That is horrific. Maybe the yellow stuff is glue. I agree, cut it off.
