Hello,
I would make sure that the system pressure is not dropping. The original evaporator on 850 is guaranteed to fail so it may be leaking from there. If the evaporator is OK, the compressor may have to be re-shimmed. Here's an instruction:

If the compressor is turning on & off intermittently, I suspect the evaporator is leaking. You could either buy an aftermarket recharge kit that has a pressure gage (approx $30-$40), or have an auto AC shop do a leak test.
