I was looking at the little red light that comes on in the center of the dash by the windshield when the alarm is on and I see two lenses but only the top one is lit up. What is the other lens for or are they both supposed to be lit?

 

The other lens is the Solar Sencor for your heating and air conditioning system.

 

the bottom is a sensor the top is the LED.
The sensor is for the DRL..
