I found this wedged down by one of the radiator supports, obviously fell off from somewhere but for the life of me I can't figure out where...

I thought it was a battery terminal cover but I can not see how it would fit, any ideas? Thanks.

It holds down your battery. It clips on the edge of the tray, in the front passenger side corner of the battery.
