Default Is This Anything Real Special? '96 Volvo 850 Turbo Platinum Edition Wagon-casablanca

Oh man, sorry for all these questions & postings yall! My search goes on! Anything different with this model compared to the other 850's in '96? Is it still the high psi turbo? Either way price looks really nice!

That is a rare one it should have aluminum rims on it. But if you can buy it quick.

It basically has everything the R did but the R computer and swede leather.
It has every factory option avalible for 96. They are worth way over the 3k he is asking for it.

I was told ours was a platinum edition when we bought it. we have different wheels though. is there a "surefire" to tell if it's the platinum edition?

Man, 2 things strike me from that picture.... Whom ever the owner is has 2 wagons and 2 MR2's in the garage....Looks like someone is into good cars, and has the factory sticker for the wagon... I bet someone def. gives lots of TLC to their vehicles. That's def. a good sign, though you never know! I would def. check it out and see what pans out. I know you have been looking around, but I would bet my money on this one! Make sure to ask for service history on this one, and if he has the factory sticker, I bet he/she has a ton of receipts somewhere for the work! Good Luck man. Hopefully you will find something soon!

When you see something like that (especially with the other great cars around it) you need to move very quickly. Exceptional deals on used cars get snatched up very quickly. When I found my T5R in Indianalpolis (3 hours away), I put a refundable deposit on the car over the phone. By the time I got there she had three other people waiting to hear whether I bought it or not. It was a dealership that took the deposit from a credit card over the phone.

The Platinum Edition ONLY Came in the white Pearl opal color. If it is any other color it is not a Platinum. I think the platinum is the same as the t5 which it 224HP or something like that and the R is 240HP.
