I ordered an air fuel ratio meter from them on December 3rd. They charged my account immediately and said they would be shipping it on the 6th. The 6th comes and goes and i get no tracking number. I call on the 9th and they say they will be shipping it out on the 13th. The 13th comes and goes and I call again. now they tell me it's going to ship Friday. Friday comes and goes and I call them today. they keep me on hold for about 25 minutes, then tell me that the part is not going to ship until January 21st. Really?

TERRIBLE customer service. if the part was backordered they should have been up front about that instead of giving me the runaround for the last 3 weeks. I'll never shop with them again.

oh and i went to their website, and it STILL Shows that part as shipping in 2-3 days.

 

That's the only problem with shopping on the Internet....There is nobody you can get your hands on to strangle them...!!! (Just kidding of course but you get my drift

 

Call your credit card company and deal with it that way. You've got leverage when you use your credit card.
Never use your debit card for transactions with questionable vendors that can drain your account.
