Black smoke and stalling
Here is a pic of a hose that became undone and if u look u would notice that the clamp flew all the way to the top of the hose. Should I replace the hose? Are there any potential problems that may occur because of what occured?

Have you replaced the clamp with a new one or have you just resecured the old one?
Does there seem to be any damage or stress cracks on the hose? If so, then yes, I would replace the hose.
Judging from your photo it seems that the clamp may have just not been tight enough and worked itself, through engine vibration, up the hose.
Potential problems are the hose coming off all together, and by the looks of it it is a turbo hose, which could cause you grief beyond belief.
Check very carefully before you continue. A blown or damaged engine is an expen$e you really do not want to deal with. Please believe me on this.
