Replaced the front brake pads recently, hoping it was the source of the screeching when I brake only then noticed that all 4 rotors were warped.. decided to replace the rotors when it would ship in but I still daily it around and now every time I would "cruise" like not add gas or hit the brakes, it would make this knocking sound from the front right wheel area. However if I press on the brakes or add gas, the knocking sound would go away, some how have a feeling its related to the rotors but could be something else. This also happened right after I added more Dex3 ATF since I barely had any power steering fluid left (just bought the car a week ago, new to the forums).

Any reasons why my front right area makes the knocking sound?

could be the pads are loose - check to make sure they are the correct fit and installed properly. Don't see a connection to PS fluid if the noise changes when you tap the brakes.
