Brake upgrade for T5-R

johnwatr: If you don't know how to do it, I would STRONGLY suggest watching some tutorials and/or get someone more experienced to help you.
S60 Brake Fluid Flush - Volvo Forum : Volvo Forums
This is essentially the same as it would be on your car. However, some of the 850 calipers have 2 bleed screws per caliper. Check that to make sure - if you do, you should bleed one, then the other. the second bleed screw should not need to be bled as much as the first.
Again, if you still arent sure, ask here. Nobody wants to see you have problems from doing it right - we're all glad to help.

A power bleeder helps immensely. Motive Products makes them and you can get them on ebay. You basically fill it with fluid, screw the end onto the brake fluid reservior, pump it up to the stated PSI, and then open your brake bleeder screw until the new fluid comes out. If there are two screws then be sure to do both. It's a snap, and much easier than the pedal method.

I do know that FCP does sell the brake lines in stainless for the upgrade in the correct length as I am been looking at doing this same upgrade to my 850T wagon.
I am also thinking of doing all 4 wheels. I find it interesting that many folks only talk about upgrading the front brakes, but no mention of the rears.
Why not also upgrade the rears to 302? Any one want to comment?
