Default Bushing question

The bushing in what I think is an engine brace (it sticks outlike 1 foot from the firewall and the bushing is located in the circle). I hope you know what i'm talking about. What's the name of that bushing?
Secondly, the bushing at the bottom front of my transmission is busted. I would also like the to know the name/part#
Thanks guys/gals

Those are engine mounts. Look at this diagram and you will see where they are on the car and the part numbers from fcpgroton:

Dainos,
my $0.02- I put in the IPD blue bushings last summer and have been really happy with them. They are two part so they install real easy. Some Urethane ones are too hard- I test drove a few, they really transmit engine vibration. The IPD ones seem to be not to hard, yet more durable that the Volvo bushing. Mine was rotted out (as are most of them) and I did not notice any additional vibration after I changed it.

I also put the IPD bushings in our 850 and my wife's XC-70 as well. IT seems a bit harsher in the XC, but it is absolutley fine in the 850. I highly recommend it.
