Default Calling 850 Gurus!! Can only start engine with gas pedal to floor

Just as the title says...
Im sorry for posting simliar but the other thread got stale and I figured I could get more traffic this way

The long and short of it is this

My car will not start without holding the gas pedal down while you crank.

Every once in awhile it will start normally but its in a blue moon

I have done the following

New timing belt
New Water pump
New idlers and pulleys
The entire PCV system has been replaced along with the intake manifold gasket
All vacuum lines I could find have been replaced with silicone line
New Thermostat and gasket
New Coolant
Rear Cam seals
Engine oil and filter are Amsoil brand 25K mile oil
Transmission was just drained and refilled with new fluid
New Amsoil Air filter
New Fuel filter
New Coolant lines in the entire engine compartment minus the heater core lines because I didnt have the new seals.
New Starter
Bored out intake manifold with 760 NA throttle body
Snabb NA throttle body to intercooler silicone hose
Newer Cam sensor
New Spark Plugs
New Spark plug Wires
New Distributor cap & Rotor

I have checked and double checked the timing and marks and they are dead on. Once the car is running there is no cutting out, no issues, no stalling, it drives exactly as it should when driving

I have 2 check engine lights that only came up recently(2 days ago) and they are pertaining to the O2 sensors. P0135/7

I have checked fuel pressure, its right on at 35psi at the line, 50psi when cranking

The fuel pump obviously works and I physically checked it and its
humming etc...
I tried a jumper wire on the fuel pump relay, same results

The compression test I did showed 125 in all the cylinders when cold and dry. Prior to my work I had no issues starting it, so although I know thats fairly low I really think thats what the compression has been since owning the car...

Battery has been checked and has right voltage and has been load tested..

I cannot think of anything else, I hope someone with more wisdom then me can figure this out...

Check the Coolant temperature sensor, throttle position sensor, and Idle air control valve and associated wiring. If nothing found there, start looking for possible air leaks at the throttle body seals
