I have a 96 850 Turbo and the connector deteriorated on the male side, thus leaving the male side disconnected completley form the female side. Which wires go where? These are what I have:

Female: (Connector still intact)
Red w/ Yellow Stripe
Blue w/ Green Stripe
Brown w/ Black Stripe

Male:
Pink
Lt. Green
Purple

So which ones interconnect? Thanks, Derek

See attached. The page is from '95 model but I believe it is the same for '96 model.

As to matching the wires, wait for other members to reply. With this manual excerpt, someone should be able to check the colour matching.

I thought this would be an easy one to answer but none of my schematics listwire colors on the sensor side of the plug. As plan B,I took a look at my cars and find that the wires from the sensor are molded in the the plug so I can't identify their colors without cutting the cable in half. I'll pass on that!
