Ed, don't go spending a whole bunch of money right off. FIRST, disconnect the fuel line from your fuel bar and turn on the key to see if you get fuel. If not, you've just isolated the problem to the fuel system. Next, find your fuel relay and have it checked...BEFORE THE SHOP TALKS YOU INTO REPLACING THE FUEL PUMPS. If you do have fuel, take your ignition coil and, if you have one, your ignition control module and have them tested.

well i did have my fuel pump replaced 2007 or 2006, but which line is connected to the fuel bar? and if there is fuel pumping out of that line while turing the car on then check the ignition coil near the driver diver side? im a noob tech working in toyota and im stuck here without a ride to work -_- i love my T5-R..

I had the same type of problem and it was the cam sensor. it had fuel, cranked but no spark. Replaced it with a sensor from Autozone and nothing, it turns out the new sensor was bad so I got a Bosch (oem) from Carquest and all is well. I have also seen the ignition module (on the coil mount) go bad. My diagnostic technique involves trying parts from my wife's 850... cheating but there's no such thing as cheating in auto repair.
