almost exactly a year ago i was volvo shopping (ive been driving volvos for a year) and i came accross this car. it was posted for like 2500$ i was hoping to negociate him down, at the time i really couldnt afford it.

so i went to see it and i met the guy and he said it was at the garage fixing the ( now i know) typical rattling in the back. It was on the lift, we checked it out pretty well, underneath, inside was real clean, ran great, quiet. At the time i knew nothing, but i looked under the hood, and for the life of me cant remember if it was a turbo manual.

The guy told me with the repairs he had just done that he now wanted 3000 for it.. I told him it was unreasonable to put it up that much because of repairs, the was foreign from some country somewhere, and seems like he was programmed to get every penny from you. I told him that the MAXMAX i could do was 2500, in which he said the MIN he could take was 2800. I couldnt get a loan so i HAD to walk away, i didnt want to. I was so fixed on it, that i went back one night to his home and took down his vin to check if it was turbo, it said it wasnt, i felt better and kept shopping.

Here it is a year later still for sale. Pretty happy that noone gave in.

Yes, I also agree that pictures are of low quality thats why I am also not able to confirm the quality of interiors. In such situation, I would suggest you to contact to the seller and ask him/her for more quality pictures and also negotiate with the price.
