I changed the oil and the car still does not run right. The engine knocks very loudly and the engine runs rough. I have talked to a freind and he said it could posibly be a bad Fuel Pressure regulator causing the mixture to be to ritch at idle and the n to lean and full boost.
Did you check fuel pressure a second time after replacing your fuel pump? Is your fuel pressure still low?

Alright so i think i might have found the problem! So i bought a OBDII code reader today and i pulled the codes from my car since i have had a check engine light ever since i bought it. SO i pulled the codes today and i got these:
P0305- Cylinder 5 misfire
P1310- Ionization Misfire detection module fault
P0205- Injector Circuit malfunction cylinder 5

My guess is that i have a bad injector on cylinder 5. How bout you?

I figured to make sure that my problem was a that was the bad fuel injector i switched the #5 cylinder injector with the #3 injector thinking that if the injector was bad the code would switch to the #3 cylinder. Well i cleared the codes and drove it a little after doing that and i still got the same codes from before. Could this mean that there is a fault in the electrical system?

I would say so.

Make sure the wire is in the plug tightly and not all bent up.

I checked the conection and it looks fine. I even checked the voltage at all the injector plugs and it was all the same reading on all of the plugs. I clear the codes and start the car and rite away i get the P0205-injector circuit malfunction Cyl. 5. Then when i drive it i get the other 2 codes: P0305-Cyl. 5 misfire, P1310-Ionization misfire detection module fault. Is there anything else you know of, that i could check for problems?

You need to focus on the ground wire not the power wire. The ground is pulsed that is what fires the injector.

The power doesn't pulse the ground does.Make sure you have pulse on the ground side.

It has to be in the wiring if it didn't change when you changed the injector.

How new are the plugs and wires?

Sorry if I asked already I forget if I did.

If it is possible, do an ohms resistance test on injector circuits between injector and ECU. My guess is that the ohms resistance between injector #5 circuit is higher than the remaining four.

Still, I would use an embory board (cosmetics counter at drug store) to remove corrosion on injector #5 clip.
