I did a PCV replace this weekend, forgot to plug in what I think is the TPS, so I threw a P0120 and P0123 when I started it again. Tracked the issue down and reconnected the sensor, but the codes remain (CEL and up arrow). Does this mean it is something else, or do these codes remain until they are cleared? I have a scanner and can clear them, but don't want to if there is still something wrong.

Clear the codes all day long. If there is an issue, the code will return. Clear it or the lock down will persist.
