Default Changed turbo and exhaust - got P0402

So now that I swapped the turbo and exhaust, i've been rewarded with the P0402 code. whats the most likely thing that I screwed up? I had the intake completely off and everything from the turbo back disconnected. Anyone have any ideas?

I would speculate some vacuum tube may have gotten knocked off from the EGR valve..

What codes do you get from the flashing light (A2 I believe)?
