Default Climate Control Bulbs not flashing when angine strated

As i read from the manual, the CC (Climate Control) system bulbs should flash for about 20 seconds when car is started.

It is about a month my car is failing to do so. There are days when it is flashing and there are days when it just lights up and is on.

What can be the problem?

I checked the freon, and it is normal

thank you in advance for your advice

but in the manual of my 1995 T5 wagon, it is said, that they should flash for about 20 seconds when the car is started and it means that self diagnostics of CC electric system is on.

an if the system will fail to flash it means that some problem has occurred in the Climate Control system

double check manual...if it says they should blink then i suggest you use white-out.

Default Miracle :)))

sorry guys, I read the manual and got the wrong interpretation.

Thank you.

I thought flashing was normal because it was flashing for almost nine months since I bought my 850 wagon 1995. (the millage was 47000 only)

It stopped flashing about two weeks ago and i thought that was the problem ))

so i read the manual and as I already was thinking that "not flashing" was a problem I misunderstood the clause from the manual ))

thanks again.

and here comes next question:

It is about two weeks that ACC system is not flashing and I do not have to press the shift locker to move the gear selector )

can anyone tell me what happened to my car? It kind of cured itself ? )))
