I need a replacement Climate Control Unit.I took mine out and I see tht it's the type with the green wiring.I called around and I spoke with a place that had one but it was the yellow wiring.Does the color coding make a difference?

 

It would help if we knew what yours is ?? Year, make, model, engine, is it a manual MCC or electronic ECC control head ??

Are there any numbers on the unit to help identify it and what is it you are talking about as far as wire color ??

 

It's a 95 850 turbo with electronic climate control.The connectors to the unit are green

 

I changed my climate control Unit and it started to work and then it started to smoke.Could it be a resistor?
