Default volvo 850 headlights

does any one know how to install Spyder Auto Headlights - Halo Projectors on the volvo 850 1995.i have stock headlights .i got them a few days ago and well i took the stock off and well i noticed that the spider lights come with some loose wire ...i dont know were to connect them with

I would recommend NOT using the scotch lock connectors they show in the guide. They are quick and easy but don't hold up to the elements well. Using them inside a car is one thing but under the hood it's best to solder the connections and seal with heat shrink tubing. The nightmare in wiring problems you save may be your own !!

I had a headlight go out about a week ago. When I went to change the bulb I found the wires inside to be cracked in several places. Taped apart for now until I can decide how to deal with it. Both sides the same.

They sell the connector pigtail at most auto parts stores. (The photo isn't the correct connector)

Bottom line they need to be insulated so if you tape them well you will be fine. I dont know exactly where these are that your talking about but beware of heat(which probably caused the insulation to fail in the first place) and your taping job, might be best to replace that section and then protect it.

+1 on the Scotch Locks
