Is it worth changing the coil to an Msd? It's a stock na 850. The coil look's a little discolor'ed.The car still feel's really sluggish after a complete tune-up and seafoam treatment. I still have to do the pvc system. I kinda think the cat is partially clogged.

 

On a N/A the MSD won't give you very much.
The OEM coils are good enough.
I would get a new OEM coil.

 

Do the PCV system, then if it is still sluggish, try an new OEM coil.

As Tech & Psaboic have noted, I too would replace the coil with OEM Bosch. On rare occasions too intense of a spark can cause damage to the top-end of a piston.
