I did a compression test on my car a while back and discovered that the last, or first, cylinder is completely toast. I did not bother with a leak down or anything because I am looking for a used motor to swap it with.

Can I disconnect to fuel injector from that cylinder as it has 0 psi. This will prevent me from contaminating my oil so much and wasting fuel.

I guess you can try it but I think that would throw a cel and may cause other problems as well. If you are driving around with a bad cylinder, I guess none of it matters because you are driving around with a ticking time bomb.
