Hi there,

New to the boards, I'm a refuge from Audi ownership. However, my '93 850GLT is ready to drive me to the brink of insanity due to the fact that the reminder noise is dinging in my ear the entire time I'm in the car whenever the key is in the ignition. Any ideas? I've isolated the problem to something in the driver's door, but I'm at a loss as to how to fix it. I'm ready to start pulling fuses just to keep from losing my mind. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Do the interior lights work from the drivers door?
You might have a bad lock assembly.
