Parts came in! Clear corners are on with stealth bulbs I had laying around. Helps out the front end a little in terms of cosmetics.

PCV all weekend! I'll post pics when everything is complete.

I just read through the steps and the only thing I don't have is a torque wrench when reinstalling the manifold. Is it imperative to use a torque wrench or can I torque it with my hand?
I will torque it in a star pattern though.

okay so I started @ 11 this morning and am just "finishing" around 6pm. Only came up on a couple snags. The brake booster vacuum hose had to get cut up a little to get the manifold loose, and I don't know where two manifold bolts have gone... i'll see in the morning.

I'll need this hose soon, the skinny one that goes into the fat one. It's brittle. does anyone know the part #?

If you decide to was it, the motor, don't spray to much on top. Water gets in the spark plug holes easy.

I assume you found those bolts?

I was planning on just spraying degreaser, soap, and water on a small rag and wipe around every nook and cranny which would probably take about an hour or more.

No biggie, I usually pop my hood, and inspect from left to right, top to bottom looking for anything fishy which takes about 20-30 minutes usually so i'm used to standing over my engines for long periods of time. I feel I bond more with it that way.

Yes I found the bolts, one was in the car with the others, and one was hiding neatly behind the alternator/power steering pump or box bracket, again, slowly inspecting every inch of my motor is what I like to do.
