Grrrrrrrrrrr, I hate extra steps.
1. Not necessary to remove the lock button.
2. Only the long screw needs to be removed from the speaker (lower forward screw).
I guess it's no big deal. You will have to work that plastic door handle trim off the part that's attached to the door. It can be a little hard.
