1995 850 cl t let the drivers seat lay back and can't get the seat to return to up right position Is the 850 cl t a turbo charged motor ?

 

1995 GLTs don't have a turbo charged motors. When you say the seat lay back, what happens when you turn the wheel on the bottom at the corner of the seat back and bottom? is it stuck (suggesting something is binding) or does it spin freely (suggesting the gear popped off)? the seat back rake is manual and not controlled by the power seat controls...
