Hey I was wondering what is involved in servicing/maintainging the EGR system?

Is there much to do with it or is this something that does not need to be bothered with? I am wondering if i should do anything with it now that my engine is in the state of reckless dismantlement haha all hoses, pipes, intake among other stuff are removed currently

Things that I have cleaned/checked:

Timing area and seals
IC piping
Coolant system/piping
PCV breather system
ignition
intake

Is there anything else ya can think of I might want to takea look at?

Look at the Valve good for Carbon Build it. Make sure the valve works.
