You found a VR and you left the seats? The door panels? The bumper? Tail lights? You could have made bank buying and selling those parts.

Nice, I assume the front of the car was wrecked??? I like the rear bumper and door panels. I'd probably strip the inside for my daughters S70.

Oh...I'm pretty sure the answer is "no" here, but there is absolutely no way to make the awd bits work in my 850 is there? Not even if I grabbed everything I'd need to physically make it work...

The covers themselves aren't rare. The covers being there and working are rare.

I thought that cover was for going up to the ceiling only. I have one in my wagon as well.

anything can be done, but there's no clear writeup on how.
Surely you'll need the:
transmission,transfer case(bevel gear) + axles
rack and pinion (probably), downpipe
driveshaft + crossmember
vicious coupling, diff + and axles
complete rear subframe + gas tank ( which comes complete with suspension)
And who knows if it bolts up without modification.
There is NOTHING similar between the FWD and AWD volvos in the rear.

Oh, btw, I double checked my cover/cargo net today and it does ONLY lock up to the ceiling. The reason it pulls out so far is so it can lock to the ceiling when the seats are folded down. I guess if someone got some special clips they could make it clip in the back pillar.

Thanks for clarifying that. I often wondered why it was so long and thought it could attach to the rear but there is nothing there to attach too.
