Default Failed Smog: P0455evap Central Systems Gross Leak Detected

A friend text me asking about a failed smog. I am assuming from the message that there is a leak in the evap system somewhere. From what I understand this is the cylinder that is under the drivers front fender and connects to the intake manifold and the fuel tank. Common fail area is right past the fuel filter under the passenger rear wheel. Not saying thats what the problem is or where(havent looked yet).....any other ideas?

That means that vapor flow is blocked. I would check the Purge solenoid, vacuum connections, and electrical connectors.
