Default Feeling shift shock

hi guys I got the car back from the shop yesterday...replaced the front arm and to my knowledge swapped out the tires and now the car doesn't feel too quick and I can feel shift shock...is this normal? Or is it time to swap the transmission fluid? (I am not sure was it done yesterday I didn't bring it in) If they did could it be they didn't put enough?

Also is it really bad to be feeling shift shock?

Please and thanks guys

Most shift feelings come from a bad lower torque mount. They are very easy to replace, takes about 5 to 10 minutes.
