Finally got it running today, one of the sensors was plugged in though now it wont stay running but will rev up and is smoking out the exhaust a lil and blowing oil from the turbo so i think the turbo seal has gone bad any idea why it wont idle though?

Maybe the Mass Flow sensor is bad.
Can you pull any codes?
If you do not know how to pull the codes see link below.

Clear them and see what comes back.
The main worries are the cam sensor, crank sensor, and MAF.
All 3 will stop it from running or make it run crappy.
Also if the MAF is bad you can unplug it and start it. If it then idles and will not if it is plugged in the MAF is bad.

Well it depends. If someone spilled oil filling it up then yes. But it could also be a leaking cap seal or plugged vent system.

well it looks like there is a new oil filler cap in the back seat. Does those oil symtoms sound like a bad seal in the turbo?

Nope on a bad turbo seal. I would clean everything up really good and take it for a drive and then recheck.

Clogged PCV will make oil come out all over.
But for running unplug the MAF and start it. If it idles good the MAF is bad.

Is that with the MAF unplugged?
You might also need to clean the throttle body and idle motor.
