The flashing arrow came on several weeks ago. I replaced the pnp and the vehicle speed switch. The flashing stopped for a few hours then started again. I reinstaled the VSS making sure tjherwe was nothing under the lip of it. Light is still flashingn Also my speedometer and fuel gauge not working.
Any ideas.

Note: I just had OBD2 run at autozone. P0500 Vehicle speed sensor "A" for predetermined period of time

 

I'd start with fuses/relays and common connections (ie grounds) then research issues with the ignition switch as well as the ABS computer. volvowiringdiagrams.com may give you some clues what may be in play... I doubt it'd be the cluster but just in case, I have a spare for the '95 turbo (needs the odometer gear fix and the LED is suspect) if interested.
