Default Fog lights

I bought my fog lights, ones that fit in the grill area. I looked under the bumper and found a plug type thing, It was on the drivers side and seemed like it was pluged into a plug with nothing on the other side. Is there were I will add lights? Would I be able to put a volt meter to the plug and have it register? And is there some way to turn something on to get a reading of power to those wires? The lights I bought came with all wires. I located the yellow plug under the steering wheel. Could I splice into those wires and set up the switch on the dash?

Thanks

The "plug type thing" is probably the OAT (outside air temp) sensor bulb.

As for wiring, I'll let others reply, as I'm not sure.

I haven't installed fogs before, but do a bit of research/find some wiring diagrams.

I'm pretty sure (maybe about 80%) that the car is prewired for fogs....
I wish I could help you out more, but I've never done it, and I have no clue where the wiring and everything is...

The car should be pre-wired for fogs. Take a look under there for an opening.
