ok i have a volvo 1995 volvo 850 prewired with non foglamps but i do have all the stuff for it 3 relays and the foglamps how and were do i put the foglamps?

 

If you look on the backside of the bumper, you'll see two oblong circles where you cut the plastic for the lamps. Each lamp should have an 'L' bracket attached to it, and just above the oblong hole on the bumper are two small holes where you mount the lamps.

The pictures show the bumper removed from the car but you don't have to remove it in order to install the lamps.

 

I have the fog lights and switch in , but have no idea where the relays go
