Looking to replace front pads and rotors, which brands should i use? (brembo, mintex, pbr, ???)I used a non oemwhen replacing an auxillary belt and had nothing but problem... Any advice..

 

Brembo or Zimmerman Rotors are really good.
PBR pads are awsome. Mintex are pretty good.

 

If you use Non-OEM pads, be sure you use anti-squeal compound on the backs of the pads, shims, etc. I have used aftermarket pads on several cars and while they seem to work better tham OEM, they all tend to squeal.

 

I bought Brembo rotors and akebono pads from FCP with good results, although I hear NAPA has great deals on generic rotors. Rotors are just pieces of metal they are pretty much all the same IMO. Also I hear there are good deals on ebay for rotors on our cars, but they are normally sold front and back sets.
