I use to post the crap out of the Chevy Blazer forum, asI'm kind of addicted to fixing things regardless of how trivial they may be to most....that and the fact that I'm too poor to throw my money away to someone just out of laziness, so I do all my own work (unless its physically impossible usually due to a computer diagnosis or machine that only a dealer can have)....

That being said...you'll notice I'll be asking questions quite often since Im new to 850's (although not new to Volvos) and adding in my help whenever possible. I've been working on my own personal vehicles and friends and family since I was a kid and have done just about every possible job you can think of. So........on to my latest question....

I'm replacing the front right fender, and hood on my 96 Volvo 850 this weekend. I've looked at it myself, as well as reading in my manuals, and it looks pretty straight forward. But, as always, any hints or warnings from others who've done the job themselves can end up saving a butt-load of time and aggrevation in MOST cases. So....any tips on replacing the front right fender, and/or the hood on our 850's?

Did it today. Not a tough job at all. Fender is more of a pain than the hood.
