Default Fuel Pump Relay

This question has probably been answered, but I can't seem to find it.
I have a 1997 Volvo 850 non turbo. Ran fine for 175k, went out to start it up and it just turns over, no start. I have spark at the plugs but the plugs are dry. I want to jump out the fuel pump relay, but I'm not sure which terminals to install the jumpers on. Any Ideas?
Thanks in advance.

I think they changed the layout in 97. The relay has 4 connectors: 31, 31b, 15, 87. It has the number 103 on the top.

here is a link to one on ebay that shows the connector layout.

To jump out the fuel pump relay: Terminals 15 and 87

Did not fix the problem but it did get power to the fuel pump.
