Default Funky Heater

Hey guys,

Now that the weather has cooled down a tad I finally decided to give ye ole heater a test run.

Well, this is kinda' neat: I get hot air coming out of the 2 drivers's side vents, luke warm from the DS center vent and nice cold AC from all the rest...

Albeit the question is quite obvious, I shall ask it anyway: What the heck is wrong with this picture?

Of course this happens right as we head to cold weather season and right after I fixed the AC (with the help of the kind write ups and suggestions from the forum, BTW).

Thank for any help/suggestions.

Is the airmix lever closed, or maybe it is stuck open? That would make the DS centre vent lukewarm. As for the passenger vents I would guess the heat flap is stuck shut. Is it Manual or climate control?

Actually the air mix works okay, I can tell the difference when I move it, it gets luke warm in position and then cold in the other, which leads me to believe that vent is stuck in AC mode as well?

I have the climate control unit.
