GLT turbo vs. T5

Are there any benefits to adding a 16t to a glt over a t5? I know it has an extra .1 litre but will that make a diff? also what mods would you have to do to fit the glt with a bigger turbo?

If you are running stock boost, you will not need to do anything but swap the turbo. If you are looking to get more power out of the car, then you would probably need to get a tune and go from there.
