the driver and passenger side seatbelts are getting extremely difficult to unbuckle now. I have to tug on it really hard just to get out. How easy or hard is it to replace the seatbelt buckle thing next to the seat? Thanks!

 

Not hard, it is bolted pretty tight to the frame rail. Should just have to remove the one bolt to get it out. However......you may need to remove the set to get to the bolt!

I would try some graphite spray lube first to see if that helps. Could use WD-40 in a pinch too.
