My wife's volvo 850 headlights don't work anymore. I checked the bulbs and the fuses they are fine. Reading previous posts it looks like it could be the relays. I'm not sure where to find them. The fuses are under the hood, but couldn't find the relays. Do I have to remove the dashboard to see where they are

Most of the relays are located in the electrical control box alongside the fuses. The headlamp relay is at position #3.

The Headlight switches are common to go bad there was a recall on them at one time.
