I have a 97 850 turbo. Twice lately with the key out of the switch the inside fan has come on. Any ideas ? To make it shut off I had to turn on the ign. Thanks

 

It might have a afterblow kit installed on it.

Which means it comes on about 30 minutes after the car is turned off when the a/c was used. It stays on for I believe 5 to 10 minutes.

It is designed to dry the evaperator so it wont get mold on it. It also makes it last longer.

 

Ok that sounds about right, it didn't happen until we used the A/C Thanks Chassy
