hello , my names alex, i just joined this forum. ive owned my volvo 850 for quite about a year, and its my first car. i love my car and brag it off to my friends. they dont agree lol, but i still volvo, and its changed my way of looking at them.

but my reasoning for posting this, i have white xenon head lights now, and im really jealous of the blue head lights and was wondering if anyone knows where and what kind they have if they do have them? itd be greatly appreciated . i live by a o'reily, autzone, sears, and pepboys.

I don't have any upgraded lights yet but I like the white ones & halo's. I think the blue lights are often to bright and stand out a lot. I think they would make you a target for the police to bother.

Check your state laws - some passed laws that HID's are illegal! There's a bunch of gobly-gook about it so do plenty of research before buying them but if you're looking at 'blue' lights, a cop may pull you over because they're 'too blue' and are the same color as law enforcement colors.

 

Alright! thanks, and i do have white xenons on now that are very bright, but ive always wanted to have the blue lights i see on some of the new volvos, and cars.

 

Unretrofitted HID's should be illegal.
